Jill Grall

Jill Grall is the Clinic Manager at Hudson Imaging, where she is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and providers. She believes outstanding imaging goes beyond technology—it starts with strong relationships, clear communication, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Her goal is to partner with referring providers, patients, and staff to make Hudson Imaging the best place to receive high-quality, compassionate diagnostic care.

Jill’s healthcare leadership journey began in veterinary medicine as a veterinary technician before transitioning to pharmacy nearly 20 years ago. Since then, she has held progressive leadership roles in home infusion, mail-order and clinic pharmacies, and primary care. Throughout her career, she has focused on improving operations, strengthening collaboration between providers and care teams, and creating positive workplace cultures where people can do their best work while enjoying what they do.

Outside of work, Jill lives in the beautiful St. Croix River Valley with her two sons and their dog. She enjoys hiking, gardening, pottery, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
